Exploring your MongoDB Data with Pirates (R) and Snakes (Python) [MongoDB]
Does exploring data excite you? Do you use Python or R as your language of choice for data analysis? Does your job title include the term Data Analyst? If you answered yes to any of those questions, then the Exploring Your MongoDB Data with Pirates and Snakes is the session for you! MongoDB Developer Advocate Ken Alger will show the suggested method for using dataframe structures in R and Python with your MongoDB data. He’ll show the code for best practices in both languages to move your array based MongoDB data into the popular fast, flexible, and expressive dataframes used for data analysis in these prominent programming languages.

Simplici-tea: Getting Started with MongoDB Charts on Atlas [MongoDB]
More often than not, when setting up or installing a new piece of software, one must fill the monotony of waiting with something else. If you’re like me, then this is normally the perfect time to make a hot beverage – and being British, the hot beverage of choice for me is almost always tea.
However, MongoDB Charts on Atlas is so incredibly fast to setup and so easy to get started with, that I claim that there isn’t sufficient time to make a cup of tea. To prove this claim, I will demonstrate how to get started in visualising your data with MongoDB Charts on Atlas, all while racing the clock to brew the perfect cup of tea.
By attending this session you will learn:
  • How to setup MongoDB Charts on Atlas.
  • The capabilities and features of MongoDB Charts.
  • How to visualise your data in a meaningful way.
  • And also... how to make a proper cup of tea.
Attendees of any level of experience are welcome, though having a basic understanding of how to create a project and deploy a cluster in MongoDB Atlas is recommended (as these steps are not covered by this session).

Managing a Heterogeneous Data Stack with Informatica and MongoDB Atlas [ Informatica, MongoDB]
Over the past few months, MongoDB and Informatica have worked together to extend the functionality and performance of connectivity to MongoDB. These connectivity improvements enhance overall user experience and utilize MongoDB's native drivers to connect to MongoDB to achieve great performance while managing data across systems.

This session will focus on managing a data stack including SQL Server, Oracle, and MongoDB Atlas using Informatica’s Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)/iPaaS suite. We’ll discuss several real-world use cases, and demonstrate how to track data lineage, and develop complex data integration flows with Informatica iPaaS tooling.

Get the Best of Geo Data with MongoDB Atlas and MongoDB Charts [MongoDB]
  • As a script kiddo, I was always fascinated by graphical rendering on computers, and how a billion numbers in a list can turn into a visual story - after a few hours of processing.
  • I ended up doing the job of my 11yo kid dreams: tell computers to work for me, and for my customers, and where better than in MongoDB, the database company?
  • Nowadays, nobody wants to wait for hours to get dashboards and charts, or be forced to use programming or third-party software: MongoDB Charts is now GA, allowing for blazing fast data visualisation directly out of MongoDB databases.
  • Every user now has the power to produce storytelling dashboards in a few clicks from any kind of MongoDB data, even the most complex data structures, without having to learn the query language.
  • Amongst all Charts cool features, there is ONE new feature that is a game changer: Geospatial charts
  • In this session, we will review how MongoDB Charts and ATLAS help you render your data into valuable graphics and maps, and I may even share some secrets on the future of this awesome product!
